1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Postworthy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Postworthy is an AI-powered LinkedIn content generation platform. We fetch industry news, analyze it, and generate LinkedIn post drafts tailored to your professional profile. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and requires your review before publishing.

3. Eligibility and Access

  • Postworthy is an invite-only service; access requires an active client account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all content published to your LinkedIn account through our platform
  • You must review and approve all AI-generated content before publishing
  • You agree not to use the service to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, or violates LinkedIn's terms of service
  • You are responsible for ensuring content accuracy before publication

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Content is generated using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
  • Postworthy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited as needed before publication
  • We are not responsible for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish

6. LinkedIn Sharing

  • Postworthy generates content for you to share on LinkedIn via LinkedIn's share dialog
  • We do not connect to or store credentials for your LinkedIn account
  • You are responsible for reviewing and posting content through LinkedIn's interface
  • LinkedIn's own terms of service continue to apply to all published content

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content published to your LinkedIn account
  • Postworthy retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service
  • The Postworthy platform, including its design, code, and AI processes, remains our intellectual property

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our AI prompts, models, or proprietary processes
  • Using the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any law
  • Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without prior notice. Pipeline processing may be delayed or fail due to third-party service dependencies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Postworthy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reputational harm from published content, loss of LinkedIn account access, or business losses related to content performance. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms
  • You may request account termination at any time by contacting us
  • Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
